Subject matter of these Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Site by any person accessing and/or using the Site. By accessing or using the Site in any way, you are bound by these terms and conditions.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
REA Energía is the owner (or licensee) of all intellectual and industrial property rights over the Web Page and all its contents. We refer, without exclusion and without limitation, to each and every one of the photographs, videos, drawings, illustrations, information, data, calculations, texts, articles, logos, trademarks, distinctive signs, icons, images, design and image ("appearance and style"), video files, audio files and databases that may form part of or be accessible through the Web Page. In particular, REA Energía is the owner (or licensee) of the software (source code and object code) of the Web Page.

All trademarks and logos displayed on the Web Page are the exclusive property of REA Energía (or of a third party with whom REA Energía has reached an agreement), whether or not they are registered. Use of the Website
You are fully responsible for your access to the Website and for the correct use of the same, which is subject to the applicable legislation in Spain (whether national or international), as well as to the principles of good faith and public order.
You are obliged to make reasonable use of the Website, its content and functions, in accordance with the possibilities and purposes for which this Website and its contents have been designed. We inform you that accessing or using the Website for illegal or unauthorised purposes (whether for profit or not) is strictly prohibited and, therefore, any consequences arising from such illegal or unauthorised purposes shall be your sole responsibility.

Disclaimer with respect to the Website and its contents, as well as with respect to your use of the Website and its contents
REA Energía facilitates access to the Web Page and its content using the technical means at its disposal to do so. You accept that there may be an interruption in access to the Web Page due to specific needs, failures beyond REA Energía's control, maintenance, overloads, etc. The responsibility arising from an interruption of access to the Web Page cannot in any case be attributed to REA Energía.
REA Energía may make corrections, improvements or modifications to the content and/or functions of the Web Page, without such corrections, improvements or modifications giving any right to claim or receive any compensation whatsoever, or any type of recognition of responsibility on the part of REA Energía. REA Energía shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may arise from the availability and technical continuity of the Web Page and its contents. The information available on the Website does not constitute any form of advice from REA Energía to You, nor does it imply the creation of a professional relationship between You and REA Energía. REA Energía makes it available to you "as is", i.e. without any guarantee as to its accuracy or correctness. Thus, you are solely responsible for the use you make of the information available on the Website.
The information available on the Website or provided to You by REA Energía is the property of REA Energía and You may only use it for internal, non-commercial use. In particular, you may not use it for any other purpose or disclose it to third parties.
Data protection
REA Energía may in some cases process personal data of those who access the Web Page in accordance with the Data Protection Policy.
Modification of these Conditions
REA Energía may modify these Conditions at any time. To do so, it will be sufficient for it to publish the new Conditions on the Website. In this way, each time you or a third party accesses and/or uses the Web Page, the applicable Conditions will be those published on the Web Page at that precise moment.
If any section of these Conditions is declared invalid, such declaration shall not affect the remaining sections of these Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and in force.
Jurisdiction
REA Energía trusts that any dispute between you and REA Energía can be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, either party may bring the dispute before the courts in Madrid.
